Ethiopia — Rumudamo Natural Grown on small plots in the highland region of Arbegona, this naturally processed lot showcases the complexity that has come to define Ethiopia’s most celebrated coffees. At 2,200 metres above sea level, cooler conditions slow cherry maturation, allowing sugars to develop gradually before the fruit is dried whole. The result is a classic natural Ethiopian profile: juicy, floral and fruit-driven with a clean finish.
