The one we built cafes with.  It’s balanced, sweet, and endlessly drinkable — with milk chocolate richness, dark fruit depth, and a caramel sweetness that carries through to a smooth, clean finish. Primary is built for versatility. It shines as espresso and holds structure beautifully in milk. It’s equally expressive as a brewed cup. This is the coffee you can come back to every day. Roast Medium What’s in the Blend A rotating, two-part blend of fresh harvest coffees we love — always seasonally adjusted to stay consistent in flavor. December – June: Organic Peru + Huila, Colombia July – November: Organic Mexico + Nicaragua or Honduras We change origins with the harvest, not the flavor profile. The goal is simple: keep Primary tasting like Primary.
