Westerlies is our tribute to the old-school style of coffee roasting that paved the way for what we enjoy today—a blend rooted in tradition, depth, and comfort. While not a dark roast, Westerlies brings together Ethiopian and Latin American coffees to create a bold, familiar profile rich with exotic baking spices and dark chocolate. It evokes the first sips with Grandpa, late nights in college, and the kind of memories more precious than the drink itself.
