Grown high in the Bombe Mountains of Sidama at elevations between 1,920 and 2,020 meters, this coffee comes from the Abore Station, managed by Asefa Dukamo Korma and operated by Daye Bensa, receiving cherries from over 1,000 smallholder farmers cultivating local varieties 74110 and 74112. Naturals are carefully dried on raised beds for up to 25 days; the high altitude and cool climate slow cherry maturation, resulting in dense beans and vibrant, complex cup profiles. A memorable profile of yellow raspberry, rose, and bergamot, combining juicy sweetness with delicate florals and a refined citrus lift. Versatile and expressive, this coffee shines beautifully as both filter and espresso.
