Sourced from the high-altitude hills of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia, this washed blend of Kurume and Dega varietals hits like nothing else. Grown at elevations reaching up to 2,100 masl, the slow cherry maturation at these heights allows sugars and complex flavours to develop fully inside the bean. The result?
