Description
Blue Cotton Candy Colombia Huila 1600 Meters with 60 Hour Fermentation Caturra Washed but taste like a co-ferment! CUP PROFILE: Blue Cotton Candy • Blue Raspberry Slushy • Watermelon Blue raspberry slushie, watermelon candy, cotton candy, laffy taffy — this coffee is a straight-up carnival in a cup. Playful, vivid, and loud in all the right ways. If you are a fan of co-ferments that are cleaner with big flavor. This is a must buy. It might be my favorite coffee over the past couple years. Reminds us of a co-ferment but is actually clean with low funk! If you've ever wished your morning coffee could channel the electric energy of a candy store, this one's for you. From the first burst of aroma — think red raspberry and blue raspberry slushie — to the final sip of sour patch watermelon and fluffy cotton candy, this cup is a sugar-coated thrill ride. Each brew brings a slightly different take, but the throughline is clear: high-confectionary sweetness, blue laffy taffy vibes, and a clean, light finish that keeps you coming back for another sip that doesn't get old. Resting recommendation: One- two weeks We did drink this 18 hours from roast on espresso for fun and filter and was shockingly very happy. It did improve even more at 10-15 days. Espresso shots seemed best for us 2-1 ratio in 20-25 secs.
