Hundreds of smallholder farmers contribute carefully cultivated cherries, which are then processed at the factory using an intensive double fermentation and double washing method rarely seen in Kenya. The result is a coffee with extraordinary clarity, elevated fruit character, and the depth and precision that come from meticulous sourcing and craftsmanship at every stage. Roasting We roast Kenya Mahiga Factory to highlight its vibrant acidity, layered fruit notes, and refined sweetness while preserving the clarity that makes this coffee so distinctive.
