Coffee overview Limited release - A unique profile offering juicy tropical fruits alongside interesting spiced notes, all wrapped in a very clean and transparent package. This coffee is profiled on the lighter end of ultralight, and we recommend an extended rest to pop the most tropicals out of it as possible. It is rare to pull these types of notes out of such a clean cup. Coffee flavor profile Mango, green grape, cardamom. Acidity: tropical Sweetness: juicy, transparent Body: spiced, slight floral Brewing evaluation Rest: 45+ days recommended Filter eval day 1: Gabi Standard Recipe of 1:18 shows an extremely clean cup, varied tropical fruits, light sweetness, and a slightly spiced and floral finish. The overall cup is fairly quiet for day one and will require extended rest to open up. We use 60 hardness, 20 buffer water heated to 198F in all of our recipes.
