La Victoria Hyperlight Roasted May 29 2026. A hyperlight take on our popular La Victoria lot. Reduced intensity, increased clarity. Rest 50+ days. Amantenango MWP Decaf UL Roasted May 29 2026. An ultralight profile of a pretty nice MWP decaf. Typica field blend. Rest 30+ days. Ernedis Rodriguez Jasminemaxxed Roasted May 29 2026. A clean and transparent profile which highlights the Jasmine note on this coffee. Imperial Jasmine pearls. Rest 40-50 days. Al-Ofairi Roest Roasted Feb 28 2026. A superbly high acidity profile from our new Roest roaster. Max acidity, nothing else matters. Unusual profile for a Yemen. La Papaya Mejorado Hyperlight roasted 06/02/24. Hyperlight rested offering. This coffee was evaluated to be lighter than the standard ultralight profile. It was bagged and rested in a cool, dark room. Rebagged into separate bags on 07/21/24. Space Jam roasted 10/26/2023. Heavy cosmic fruits. Peach strawberry earl grey milkshake. Lavender rehydration: Mapendo roasted 5/4/2023. DR Congo Mapendo rehydrated to 16% moisture with water steeped in lavender flowers. Lavender ginger rehydration: Gafisse roasted 5/4/2023. Ethiopia Shantawene Gafisse rehydrated to 16% moisture with water and ginger juice steeped in lavender flowers.
