Description
This blend was created for a friend who brought me a roast that a different roaster created, we chatted about the bean content , and I was intrigued. After a test roast, and a few bean recipe changes, we had something we both liked! We commented, this is just a good solid medium coffee... thus the name, Happy Medium. I hope you agree! This medium roast coffee has great flavor notes, including a hint of chocolate.
