Description
A coffee that comes without much fuss and always succeeds. It is characterized by its chocolaty sweetness and medium body. In addition, there are intense, creamy notes of fine caramel and sweet almonds. To bring the classic flavor profile to the cup that one expects from a single-origin Brazilian espresso, we roast this Icatu from Brazil in a balanced and medium way. In Brazil, there are more and more farms that focus more on the quality of coffee than on quantity. They dedicate themselves to cultivation, harvest, and processing with great attention to detail. The altitude and volcanic soils of Brazil provide the best conditions for producing the balanced, full-bodied coffees for which the country has become famous. This coffee is processed as natural. In this process, the pulp remains on the bean and dries with it. The pulp contains a natural sweetness that penetrates the bean during drying, giving it a more intense flavor. Sebastião Curimbaba is a true visionary. Even at a young age, he worked alongside his father, Benedito Curimbaba, and together they laid the foundation for the Curimbaba Group. Together they acquired the Fazenda Chapadão with a clear mission: to create a place where outstanding coffee is grown. Through targeted investments in infrastructure and the continuous development of the team, the farm has become a pioneer in quality and innovation in coffee production. The location of Fazenda Chapadão offers perfect conditions for growing coffee and is known for its exceptional quality. Since participating in the Especialíssimo program, the farm has consistently delivered top-quality specialty coffees year after year, setting new standards in the world of specialty coffee.
