Producer: Guacharos members (Viviana Realpe, José Gil Perafan, Wilmar Muñoz, Nelson Cordoba, & Luis Octavio Titimbo) Variety: Pink Bourbon Location: Huila, Colombia Harvest: November 2025 Processing: Similar multi-stage washed processing at each respective farm, post-process blend at dry mill. Cup profile: red berries, tart & crisp, buttery with nougaty sweetness This Pink Bourbon lot is the collective effort of five members of the Guacharos group, which includes Viviana Realpe, José Gil Perafan, Wilmar Muñoz, Nelson Cordoba, & Luis Octavio Titimbo. We've featured José's, Nelson's and Luis' coffees over the past couple years so it gives us confidence to feature this effective ode to Pink Bourbon in Espresso format. A post-process blend which underwent similar two-stage fermentations, resulting in a cup that has a red berry fruitiness, velvety texture, and soft nougaty sweetness.
