What began as a traditional coffee farm has, over time, become one of the most closely watched names in modern Colombian specialty coffee. At El Diviso, deep-rooted farming knowledge is matched by an ambitious and progressive approach to quality, with every stage — from cultivation and cherry selection to processing and drying — handled with remarkable precision and care. Set in the highlands of Huila, the farm benefits from elevation, climate and landscape that allow coffees to develop both intensity and elegance. El Diviso has become especially well known for producing distinctive lots that feel both expressive and refined, shaped not only by terroir but by the Lasso family’s relentless curiosity and dedication to pushing their work further year after year.
