The Carambolo brings a vivid, expressive fruit character through its thermal shock process, while Las Moras adds clarity, balance, and a clean washed structure. As espresso, it shines with delicate florals, juicy lychee, and a refreshing tropical brightness. It’s a light roast, yet still tastes fully developed — how strange.
