Final processing includes density sorting, size grading, color sorting, and hand selection to ensure consistent quality. Harvested from March through September, with a smaller fly crop in December or January, this coffee reflects the care and precision of its producers. PRODUCER Kuta Wet Mill Region Wagi Valley, Western Highlands The Kuta lot comes from a dedicated group of smallholder farmers in Papua New Guinea. Grown under shade and within designated conservation areas, this lot features a mix of Bourbon, Typica, Caturra, Catimor, and Arushia varieties. It also reflects strong community and environmental stewardship through farmer profit-sharing, classroom construction, seedling distribution, composting, and vermiculture programs that underscores Kuta’s commitment to sustainability.
