The process begins with pre-soaking the green coffee beans to expand them for caffeine extraction. The beans are then introduced to a solution of concentrated co ee solubles that gently draw out the ca eine while preserving the co ee's unique flavor compounds. Once caffeine removal is complete, the coffee is re-dried, re-bagged, and ready for its journey to your cup. This decaf delivers a creamy body with indulgent notes of chocolate and red fruit, complemented by a honey-like sweetness that lingers delightfully on the palate.
