Neyver Salas is a third-generation coffee producer from the northern province of Cutervo, in the Cajamarca district of Peru. Since inheriting his farm, El Nogal, Neyver's entrepreneurial spirit has earned him a well-established reputation for quality, and we’re excited to have the opportunity to share this small selection of gesha from his 2025 harvest.
