It’s literary. It’s Southern. It’s dark. But we’re not talking about Flannery O’Connor, William Faulkner or Cormac McCarthy. Southern Gothic is warm, comfort coffee at its best. We chose to start offering this as our in-house cold brew because it’s a great, darker-roasted, low-acid blend. Think heavier body, rich full chocolates and caramels.
