Most of what they grow is Pink Bourbon - a variety native to Colombia, specifically Huila. This release marks the sixth time we have featured this lot during our five year partnership. Starting in 2022, our goal was to establish a long term, mutually beneficial partnership with a producer who shared a similar passion for outstanding coffee.  Continually, this is one of our most delicious releases. This coffee is a heady mix of fruit, texture and acid. In an ever changing landscape of extended, experimental fermentation, it is fantastic to have a coffee representing the other side of the spectrum.
