Description Whole beans from the farm Elida Estate from Lamastus family Estate, in Panama. It is a geisha washed process from the plot called Aguacate. This is one of the famous lot among Elida Estate farms, which is known to score very high in SCA scale. Elida Estate is a beautiful farm, it is not small but they are very rigorous about their lots, the processing, the drying. You can visit every part it is clean, the lots well tracked. Wilford and his so-called dream team is tremendously serious in order to produce the best coffee their terroir has to offer. They cup altogether with the passing guest roasters, rating every single lot they have. In the farms, local varieties of fruit trees grow, providing tree tomato, lulos. The families working at the farms can also benefit from biogas systems turning the farm waste into gas, providing them energy to run their homes.
