Elida Estate is a beautiful farm, it is not small but they are very rigorous about their lots, the processing, the drying. You can visit every part it is clean, the lots well tracked. Wilford and his so-called dream team is tremendously serious in order to produce the best coffee their terroir has to offer. They cup altogether with the passing guest roasters, rating every single lot they have. In the farms, local varieties of fruit trees grow, providing tree tomato, lulos. The families working at the farms can also benefit from biogas systems turning the farm waste into gas, providing them energy to run their homes. We have a lot of respect for Wilford’s work because he is passionate and generous. He lives for coffee and for sharing this passion. Thank you for being part of this world Wilford !
