Roasted 4/20 - 250g From SEY... " This is the last harvest pass of the season from the prolific and talented Octavio Rueda. It has been fascinating to observe how each pass has evolved throughout the season—this particular pass is the most intense and dynamic. In the cup we find blueberry, hibiscus, and pink lemonade." VARIETAL Pink Bourbon REGION Palestina, Huila ALTITUDE 1,830 masl HARVEST February 2026 PROCESSING Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects. Held in-cherry overnight. De-pulped. Fermented underwater for 80 hours. Washed. Dried on raised beds until moisture content reaches 10.5%.
