On the final cupping table, judged by a panel that included Vivid Coffee’s founder and green buyer Ian Bailey , Marín’s lot emerged as the definitive champion with an average score of 88.125 . Ian personally scored it 88.25 . This coffee is a washed Pink Bourbon grown at 1900 meters , and delivers a cup profile bursting with peaches and cream, raspberry, and jasmine —a true expression of Huila’s potential and Marín’s skill.
