For packaged coffee intended for distribution, we apply flavor-locking technology. As a natural result, it may take 8 – 12 weeks, or even up to 16 weeks after roasting, for the coffee to reach its peak flavor ( Please note that the resting time required to reach peak flavor is directly proportional to the amount of time the coffee remains sealed in flavor-locking packaging.
