Select roast profile (Drip or Espresso) based on your brew method.   The canton of Puyango, located between the provinces of Loja and Zamora in southern Ecuador, is home to the indigenous Paltas culture and community. Its people have a long and revered agricultural history, aided in part by the rich biodiversity stemming from their proximity to the Amazon rainforest, which now extends to present-day specialty coffee production. This selection of high quality microlots is named for the local honeybee of the same name, which feed from coffee flowers and aids in pollination while providing producers with an additional revenue stream through their honey production.  In this coffee, look for notes of bing cherry, sangria, and raspberry sorbet.
