Produced by Getachew Zeleke at the Dimtu Tero Farm, this lot is a standout example of Guji coffee built on a foundation of quality and social responsibility. Getachew operates an integrated supply chain, working with over 130 smallholders from neighboring villages as equal partners through the Dimtu Tero project. This specific selection underwent a precise 42–46 hour fermentation before being dried on parabolic beds for 12 days. The result is a refined and vibrant cup that captures the "Sweet Blossom" profile: a delicate honey sweetness anchored by the lush character of stone fruit and a bright, citrusy lift of blood orange.
