Description Specs Method Documentation 340g/12 oz | Dark Chocolate, Molasses, Spice The Aurora Blend is the third blend that we have introduced in the last couple of years. Like our other blends, it comprises seasonal selections to achieve a consistent flavour profile. We named this blend after the Northern Lights, symbolizing a slight move north regarding the roast level and our love for the aurora borealis, which shines bright on some nights in the north where we live and roast coffee. This coffee is slightly darker than our typical roast levels, offering up flavours that lean more towards dark chocolate and nuttiness. Quantity: 340g Farmers: Small-holder farmers around the municipality of Pasto Municipality: Pasto, Narińo, Colombia Altitude: 1600-1900 meters above sea level Varieties: Castillo, Caturra rocess: Washed after 16-20 hours fermentation. Dried for 10 days. Starting Parameters: Starting Parameters: 19.5g in | 31-32 seconds | 39g out *note above parameters were created using an 18g VST basket on an espresso machine set to 8.5 bars of pressure.
