This well-balanced Heirloom coffee from the Lalesa Site in Gedeb, Ethiopia, is processed as an anaerobic natural. After a nine-day anaerobic fermentation in barrels, followed by 13-18 days of drying, this coffee delivers complex and fancy flavors. It has everything we want from an Ethiopian coffee, with notes of nectarine, apricot, black tea, and a delicious strawberry punch.
