Description
Tastes Like Peach Ice Tea • Flowers • Vanilla Manhattan's Take: We are very happy to introduce Los Patios Geisha — a vibrant, expressive Colombian Geisha developed by Coffee Quest R&D using a pioneering aerobic co-fermentation process with peach concentrate. De-pulped cherries from small producers at 1,600–1,900 m.a.s.l. in Huila undergo initial fermentation at origin before arriving at Los Patios, where peach concentrate and a proprietary solution are introduced to drive flavor infusion. After a 48-hour co-fermentation, the coffee is carefully dried for 12–16 days with constant monitoring to ensure quality and consistency. The result is a layered, juicy cup — vibrant peach iced tea and apricot on the open, transitioning to elderflower and lavender, with a soft vanilla finish and rich mouthfeel. Available for both espresso and filter.
