It is a blend built on contrasting processes—a natural and a washed—chosen not to balance each other out, but to push each other further. Extended anaerobic fermentation drives deep flavour like dark cherry and passionfruit with a dense raw cacao sweetness that extends into a long, wine-forward finish. The Equation Coffee Huila Washed provides the clean structure that keeps it coherent. Fully washed, it contributes measured acidity and a brightness that cuts through the natural's density without neutralizing it while maintaining clarity at high extraction.
