We’ve been looking forward to buying his coffee for a long time... With a background in chemical engineering and years of hands-on expertise in cultivating and tasting coffee, he combines scientific precision with deep industry knowledge to produce some of the most remarkable coffees we’ve come across. This coffee is near perfect. It’s undergone truly rare coffee processing, but it’s been done in a very controlled way that doesn’t overdo it. The fruit notes are popping: strawberry blossom and orange acidity is juicy and vibrant. The purple grape note is a nod to the fermentation that gives this coffee a beautiful touch of complexity, without overly impacting the natural flavors that exist in this Pink Bourbon.
