This one was quite consistent from start to finish with the biggest change being a marshmallow note that came through on the nose of the first few brews. It’s deeply sweet with a citrus acidity and deep apple fruit base. The back end is quite floral coming in something like magnolia. Later brews had more of the florals develop on the finish while that apple note really came through as apple juice on a few of the brews.
