Description
This release continues our exploration of the SL9* variety from the remarkable region of Amaybamba. Coffees from this area have been extraordinary this season. In the cup we find mango, jasmine, and lychee. Region: Amaybamba, Cusco Altitude: 2,000 masl Harvest: November 2025 Processing: Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects and de-pulped on the day of harvest. Wet-fermented for 32 hours. Washed. Dried on raised beds until moisture content reaches 10.5%.
