Description
This is one of our longest-standing partnerships in Gedeb, Ethiopia. We have been working with the Danche site for many years, and this particular selection is a specific process developed in collaboration with our supply partners. In the cup we find watermelon, apricot, and lovely florality. Region: Gedeb, Gedeo Altitude: 2,200 masl Harvest: December 2025 Processing: Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects. De-pulped. Grade 1 density separated. Fermented underwater for 36 hours. Dried on raised beds for 10–14 days.
