Description
This is the second harvest pass from Jhon Alexander Bermudez’s garden of Chiroso. As one of the cornerstone producers in our Urrao project, Jhon Alexander continues to produce exceptional quality year after year. In the cup we find ripe pineapple, bright acidity, and hops. Region: Urrao, Antioquia Altitude: 1,930 masl Harvest: March 2026 Processing: Hand-picked at peak ripeness. Floated to further remove defects. De-pulped on the day of harvest. Fermented underwater for eight days. Washed. Dried on raised beds until moisture content reaches 10.5%.
