It represents one of the most influential coffee estates in history and a harvest that continues to set the benchmark for what Gesha can be.   In the cup, jasmine and orange blossom lead the aromatics before opening into layers of ripe tropical fruit, stone fruit sweetness and delicate citrus. The texture is silky and refined, with a tea-like elegance that carries through a long, lingering finish.   The Peterson family’s Hacienda La Esmeralda, located in the highlands of Boquete, Panama, is widely credited with introducing Gesha to the global coffee stage.
