The first anaerobic coffee we ever purchased came from this farm back in 2019, but we didn’t see their coffees again until 2025. Here we are in 2026 with a coffee that tastes quite similar to our first ever offering (Rosa Te) from this very special farm. Castillo Villa Rosita is the perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and creamy. We taste big time strawberry yogurt kinds of flavors, along with plum and hints of some tropical fruits as well. As is always the case with coffees from this farm, it is a fantastic example of how carefully controlled, scientific processing can completely transform the flavor profile of a coffee for the better.
