Light Roast - Limited ReleaseETHIOPIAMirado is a new washing station for us, but if you’ve been drinking our Ethiopian coffees for a while, you’ll recognize a lot about it. 300 small-holders at high elevation in Bensa, Sidama provide cherry to Asefa Dukamo of the legendary Daye Bensa Coffee Company for processing. As you’d expect, the flavor is amazing! We taste peach, jasmine honey, raspberry, lemon, and nectarine.
