Cultivated at 1,800 meters above sea level in the vibrant Tablahuasi region of Cusco, this coffee thrives in the high-altitude microclimate of Peru’s La Convención province. The Guevara family utilizes a meticulous washed process to preserve the elegance of the Bourbon variety, resulting in a cup that is as clean as it is complex. This lot is a floral and fruit-forward standout, leading with the delicate aroma of honeysuckle and the tart, juicy brightness of pomegranate. To round out the profile, we’ve found a lingering brown sugar sweetness that provides a smooth, silky finish to every sip.
