Upon taking over his family’s farm, Marco Oviedo realized his family's two-generation coffee farm needed innovation to survive. With determination, he and his wife established a micro mill, gaining control over processing and production. This shift improved quality and cupping scores, enabling them to command fair prices that preserved their family legacy. During our visit to their high-altitude Central Valley farm, we witnessed their sustainable practices firsthand. Surrounded by diverse crops and bordered by protected forests, Sircof exemplifies harmonious coexistence between agriculture and environment. This limited release features Marcos coffee skills; from cultivating, growing and processing, to roasting this spectacular coffee on our roaster here in Valparaiso.
