Description
Dopplegänger is our darkest espresso roast and our easiest to use espresso. Just like Alter Ego, don't expect sweaty looking black beans. Instead, these beans have been roasted to a beautiful chocolate brown colour. Our goal was achieve a rich, smooth and bold espresso that can work in milk or on its own, in a fancy manual espresso machine or a super-automatic. The coffee in Dopplegänger right now comes from a small group of amazing people in the El Cielito & El Cedral regions of Honduras. You can read more about them below. Country: Honduras Variety: Bourbon, |, |, Catuaí, |, Geisha Processing: Traditional Washed Producer: Small Producers from Santa Barbara Region: El Cielito & El Cedral Elevation: 1500-1800m Drying: Raised beds Storage: Green coffee frozen to preserve freshness
