This one was very consistent after my first cup in which I brewed directly after opening the bag for the first time. I recommend opening the night before brewing just to let things stabilize. After that it was sweet yellow fruits and that floral note. Brews were best with lighter pours, but overall this one was pretty easy to brew with trying too much in the way of dialing. I did try it with a finer grind and drip assist, which was also good.
