This batch of coffee is carefully hand-picked and sun-dried, ensuring the retention of its naturally sweet and fruity profile. With proud traditions and deep roots in the Guji region’s rich coffee history, the Gerba Dogo washing station is a pioneer in Ethiopian coffee production. The coffee is grown in a unique microclimate, high in the mountains, where the lush and nutrient-rich soil provides perfect growing conditions. The combination of altitude, temperature variations and mineral-rich soil creates a complex and balanced flavor profile that characterizes coffee from this region. The result is a cup of coffee with distinct character, floral notes and a clean, lively acidity.
