This Summer Coffee is harvested at Conesol, a farm where the sunrise is the great inspiration for the Vivenza family. When the sun rises behind the mountains that surround the area, the first rays of sunlight hit the coffee plants in a very special way. Conesol is part of the larger Vivenza Caffè Speciale initiative, which focuses on producing high-quality specialty coffee through sustainable and modern methods. Fertile soil, a favorable climate with warm days and cool nights, and precision agriculture based on regular soil analysis, facilitate optimal growth and quality. In addition, traceability is ensured throughout the process from harvest to finished product.
