Drawing on decades of coffee industry experience, the two founders are dedicated to showcasing classic flavor profiles typical of the Tolima terroir. Nestled in the Andes Mountains, the farm benefits from volcanic soil and diverse microclimates that build remarkable flavor complexity. Jaime oversees the full coffee supply chain with expertise in farm management, processing and quality control, while Juan Pablo takes charge of operation and trade development, bridging local producers with the global specialty coffee marketplace with commercial insight.
